These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Corpus application and services ("Service") provided by GPL Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By using Corpus, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Corpus Is

Corpus is an AI-powered financial planning tool that provides information, analysis, and educational content about personal finance in India. Corpus helps you organize your financial information, understand your options, and make better financial decisions.

2. What Corpus Is Not

Corpus is not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA). The information provided by Corpus is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, tax advice, or financial planning advice as defined by SEBI regulations.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor, chartered accountant, or SEBI-registered investment advisor before making any financial decisions based on information from Corpus.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Corpus.
• One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Your Financial Data

• You provide financial data voluntarily to receive personalized analysis.
• We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell your financial data to third parties.
• We do not execute any financial transactions on your behalf.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Corpus uses AI models to generate financial analysis and recommendations.
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently.
• Tax calculations, SIP projections, and insurance estimates are approximations — actual values may vary.
• Past performance data and projections do not guarantee future results.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Corpus for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate fraud.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models.
• Share your account with others or use Corpus on behalf of others without their consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to Corpus beyond normal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Corpus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any financial losses arising from decisions made based on Corpus's analysis or recommendations.
• We are not liable for errors in tax calculations, investment projections, or insurance estimates.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
